    Training Methodology
     

    Schedule of the Programme:

    • Session 1: 13.30hrs to 17.30hrs on 17-18 May 2022: 8 Hours
    • Session 2: 13.30hrs to 17.30hrs on 24-25 May 2022: 8 Hours
    • Session 3: 13.30hrs to 17.30hrs on 31 May - 1 June 2022: 8 Hours            
    • Session 4: 14.00hrs to 17.00hrs on 7 - 8 June 2022: 6 Hours
    • Session 5: 14.00hrs to 17.00hrs on 14-15 June 2022: 6 Hours
    1. The online training program is divided into 5 sessions of 8 + 8 + 8 + 6 + 6 Hours
    2. 3 sessions: 2 continuous days of 4 hours per day and 2 sessions with 2 continuous days of 3 hours per day
    3. Sessions are staggered over weeks to facilitate better understanding and implementation of the tools
    4. Two Quiz question sets will be taken up every day at a regular interval of 1 to 1.5 hours, to ensure that participants have better understanding of the topics
    5. Assignments: Participants will be given multiple assignments during every session, as classroom exercises. This will ensure participants not only learn the theory, examples, and case studies during training but also become competent to practice few of the same themselves. This is the unique feature of this program
    6. Participants will have to send the answer sheets after completing the assignments, 2 days before the next session. IMTMA will check, correct and reply with results
    7. IMTMA will share the correct answers, right practice of the assignments in the beginning of 2nd, 3rd and 4th sessions
    8. The program is designed to ensure participants can effectively learn along with their regular company work.
    9. There will be a qualifying final test after all the sessions. Test will have multiple choice questions. Duration: 90 Minutes. Minimum qualifying marks for certification is 60% and above

    Mr. Majumdar is a Management and Operational Excellence Consultant and a faculty of IMTMA. He is a Mechanical Engineer with Six sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Black Belt, TQM trained in Japan. He has about 33 years of regional and global experience in multiple executive roles in Business management, Profit & Loss Management, Strategy, Operations, Quality ,Safety and Environment Management, Supply Chain , New Product Development, Enterprise Operating system deployment, Operational and Business Excellence.

    He has worked with both Indian and MNCs like Anand Automotive, ABB, Saint Gobain, TATA Autocomp, Kennametal and YG1. Conducted training in India as well as Overseas; Trained more than 5000 people so far in last 25 years and implemented TQM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Operational Excellenceat about 40 plants,12 countries in Asia.
