Forged parts as components are used in automobiles, agricultural equipment, off road vehicles, aerospace components, heavy engineering equipment and several other types of machinery in terms of weight, strength and value. With demands of the industry growing by the day, Forging industry is aligning rapidly with various technological solutions to meet the needs from various sectors. India is a major force in Forging part manufacturing and plays a crucial part in meeting the new demands of Indian and global customers. Hence effective forging die design knowledge is essential in improving productivity and quality of the forged part.

This programme will be conducted by Mr Arun W. Yallatikar (B.E. Mech.) having 39 Years of experience in the hot forging field.

He has worked with organisations like Bharat Forge, Patheja Forging, Kalyani Forge, etc in Design, Die Shop, and Forge Shop. He has successfully implemented projects of yield Improvement, Methods Improvements, Scrap Reduction and is an expert in Trouble Shooting on Shop Floor.
