With demands of the industry growing by the day, Forging industry is aligning rapidly with various technological solutions to meet the needs from various sectors. India is a major force in Forging part manufacturing and plays a crucial part in meeting the new demands of Indian and global customers. Hence effective forging die design knowledge is essential in improving productivity and quality of the forged part.

Keeping this in view, IMTMA is organizing two days of training on Process & Die Design - Hot Forging Applications at Pune.

This programme will benefit Managers, Engineers and Middle Management personnel involved in Production, Process Planning, Methods, and Die Designers and Tool Room functions from Automobile & Auto Components, Machine tools, Defence & Railway establishments, General Engg. and other manufacturing industries.

The programme will be highly interactive where participants can raise questions and solicit feedback from the expert faculty.

This programme will be conducted by Mr Arun W. Yallatikar (B.E. Mech.) having 39 Years of experience in the hot forging field.

He has worked with organisations like Bharat Forge, Patheja Forging, Kalyani Forge, etc in Design, Die Shop, and Forge Shop. He has successfully implemented projects of yield Improvement, Methods Improvements, Scrap Reduction and is an expert in Trouble Shooting on Shop Floor.
