INTRODUCTION
 

With the marketplace becoming more and more competitive by the day, organizations need to strive for continuous improvement, stay competitive and sustain business growth.

This online program on Operational excellence is aimed at imparting practical and updated learning on how to map processes and implement necessary changes to produce high–quality changes. The learning path shall cover organizational processes towards world-class manufacturing with a special focus on Lean techniques, waste elimination, inventory management, problem-solving methods, and business strategy deployment.

Keeping this in mind, IMTMA is conducting a Online training program on Certified Operational Excellence Expert.

The participant will qualify as an Operational Excellence  Professional after he/she has successfully passed the test / quiz towards the end of the training by securing at least 60 marks out of 100 marks.

  • Work experience with the likes of Ford Motor Company, Dell, Philips, and Deutsche Bank Operations International.
  • Author of the book: ‘Making Apparel Manufacturing Lean’.
