This future will prioritize efficiency, customization, and environmental responsibility while also requiring a skilled and adaptable workforce. Embracing these trends and technologies will be crucial for remaining competitive in the evolving manufacturing landscape. Keeping this in mind MTMA Bangalore Cluster is organising a one-day seminar on 'Charting the Course for Future of Manufacturing'.

Ms. Anjana Sharma is a solution-driven industry expert with overall 22 years of experience. She is B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. Sustainability and Climate change industry expert with deep understanding of ESG and Carbon Market schemes and programs. With a passion for working towards sustainable future, she has worked closely with different certification bodies in developing and maintaining their Climate change management system as per Accreditation requirements of various schemes including CDM, ISO 14065/17029, GCC, GS. She has successfully led many GHG projects (Voluntary and regulatory) under various sectors and schemes in climate change services. She’s also a qualified Lead Auditor for QMS, EMS, ISO 45001, R2 (Responsible Recycling).

Mr. RamKumar Krishnan, Director -Application & Consulting, Intech Additive Solutions, Bangalore, INDIA​, He has 30 + years in the field of Tooling & Additive Manufacturing (Polymer & Metal). He has been in the Additive manufacturing field since 2000 in both Polymer and Metal from 2005, with an education background in the Tooling field which include Injection Molding, Die casting & Sheet metal process design, manufacturing and production from NTTF, Bangalore. 

Dr. Jay B. Simha, AI implementation advisor at Numentrix Consulting. He is a Post Graduate in Maintenance Engineering and his PhD is in building Decision Support systems for Manufacturing. He is recognized as one of the top 10 experts in Data Science by Analytics Magazine, India. He has more than 25 years of experience in the development of AI based systems for manufacturing, telecom, health care and Process industries.

Dr. S. Rama Murthy holds a Degree of Science, Degree of Mechanical Engineering, Masters Degree in Machine Design (First Rank) and PhD (IT, Chennai). At present, Dr. Murthy is a Senior Advisor at OriginIP Solutions and also the Scientific Advisor of Indian Patent Office. Earlier, he served as a Professor at Jain University, Bangalore He was also Visiting Professor to Indian Institute of Science to teach IPR courses. Dr Murthy has served as a Patent Specialist at a US legal company M/s. Intellevate. He has delivered 176 lectures on "Intellectual Property Rights" for industries and academia. He has served as a Research Scientist from 30 years at National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore. He is an inventor of Foil Air bearings, holding 2 Indian patents and 3 foreign patents, along with many research publications. He has guided many PhD students and post graduates.

Mr. R Gunaseelan is a Mechanical Engineering Post Graduate (ME from Anna University, Chennai) with more than 38+ years of experience in reputed organizations from Robert Bosch, Meritor, Harita TVS, Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) , CVRDE (DRDO) , Special purpose machines and with 3.5 years of International experience at Germany & UK as well. Expertise in : Delivery head for Engineering Teams (Design, FEA simulation, Project Mangement and Reliability testing teams), Business Strategy planning & deployment, Competency development,  IoT & ECU Program Management, Engineering service Deliveries, Setup Test labs, Supplier development, Product localization, Key account management, etc.,

Mr. Chandra Mouli S, is a Senior General Manager, SEG Automotive India Private Limited (Formerly Robert Bosch Starter motors & Generators, India). He was a Country Head - Quality Management & Methods, Aftermarket Field Service, Management representative for Quality management system for SEG-India, Change Management Catalyst - to top management assisting in Strategy Management Process and he was responsible for deployment of World Class Quality Initiatives, Mindset, Quality Journey towards Excellence, Faculty for Statistics, MSA, Gauge Management.

Mr. Shashiprakasha L S, is a Mechanical Engineer & MBA with 40 years of experience in all manufacturing functions – across Automotive, Non-Automotive (Precision Engineering, Heavy Engineering, Capital Equipment Polymer Industries). He has been a Lean Practitioner since the year 2000. He has worked as COO & CEO in multiple organizations including MNCs and reputed Indian companies, for over a decade. Having implemented Lean and ToC techniques across different Industries, he was featured in Business Today for effecting turnaround from a very difficult industry and was called ‘Josh Machine’. He has authored a book titled – ‘A Journey from Impossible to I’m Possible’ which is under release currently.  He is a good orator and has a penchant for teaching concepts through stories and anecdotes.
