Organizations are facing changes in business environments, customer needs, people's expectations and almost all aspects of business. The need and reasons for change management is becoming more important than other management requirements. Quick responses to the business environment changes influences the success of the businesses. But, being painful it is always not as easy as said to bring about changes in response to the changes in the environment. Learning about Managing change equips you in dealing with the difficulties, challenges and issues of change and supports employees to effectively be the change, become the change and drive the change. |

This will be a class room coaching. Coach will use PowerPoint presentation. Coaching will be through Interactive Conversations, Discussions, Debates, Class room activities (Individual & Team), Videos, Knowledge Checks, Practical experimentation, and experiential learnings. |

He is a part of 2 organizations in their journey towards growth as consultant and driver of growth. An alumnus of IIM(B), Mysore University and ITIL v3, QAI CMMI SVC v1.3 Certified and credits of training more than 5,000 resources, 3,000 Hours, 27 Topics and 13 Organizations. |
