This programme will be conducted by Mr. Krishnappa T R,

Mr. Krishnappa T. R., a BE (Electronics and Communication) graduate, brings over 35 years of experience in the defense industry, having served at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) from 1990 until his retirement in June 2024 as Senior Deputy General Manager. He has contributed significantly to the design, development, testing, and commissioning of Radars and Weapon Systems for the Indian Army and Air Force, and has led the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AS 9100 Rev D systems. He served as a Chairman of the SHE (safety Health and Environment) Committee in the organisation. A certified Lead and Internal Auditor for multiple ISO standards, he now works as a freelance trainer, auditor, and consultant. His achievements include serving on the Karnataka Skill Development Board (2020–2022), receiving the Communicator of the Year Award (2022) and World Class Manager Award (2018), and presenting papers at prestigious national and international symposiums.
