INTRODUCTION
In today's competitive manufacturing landscape, coating quality is crucial for product reliability, aesthetics, and corrosion resistance. Despite advancements in machining and fabrication, Indian manufacturing faces challenges in coating processes due to recurring defects, process instability, inadequate surface preparation, and insufficient root cause analysis. This intensive program focuses on understanding paint and powder coating defects, their causes, prevention methods, and process improvement. It combines technical fundamentals, real industry case studies, and best practices from top manufacturing organisations. The training emphasises operational excellence through process discipline and continuous improvement. Participants will gain hands-on experience in identifying coating failures, improving transfer efficiency, reducing rework, and establishing quality systems in paint-shop operations. |
