INTRODUCTION

Effective communication has always been crucial for success in both personal and professional settings. This importance is even more pronounced in modern organizations, which are increasingly collaborative.

According to an article published in the International Journal of Business Communication, over half of workplace communication occurs verbally. Effective verbal communication is essential because it fosters trust, boosts productivity, and reduces misunderstandings. By enabling clear, immediate, and empathetic expression of thoughts and emotions, effective communication helps build rapport, improve decision-making, and facilitate quicker conflict resolution, opening doors to newer possibilities.
