VSM monitors & controls the Value Added & Non Value Added activities and helps in productivity improvement. It provides graphical view of the entire operation in the industry, right from procurement to dispatch. It helps visualizing the scope for making improvements. Keeping this in view, Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association (IMTMA) is organising a 2 day programme on Building Lean Culture through Value Stream Mapping (VSM) on 6 and 7 February 2020 at Pune.
Upon completion of this course the participant will be able to:
Managerial Personnel in Private / Public Sector, Organizations, and various departments of State and Central Government. The Production associates, Supervisors, Managers (and above ranked) personnel. Essentially the personnel in Production, Design, Quality Control and Service departments. This programme will be addressed by Mr. Dhananjay Apte, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, 26 years in Quality, Process, Production optimisation. A Trainer & Implementer. REGISTRATION : Prior registration for participation is necessary. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis.
