Online training program on Industrial Drive Technology for Motion Control Date : 15 to 16 October, 2020 Time : 1400 Hrs to 1700 Hrs Location / Mode : Online INTRODUCTIONMotion Control Technology has been conventionally used a part of CNC Machines. But with the development of General Purpose Servos, this technology is gaining rapid acceptance and is used widely in many types of Industrial Machinery. Servo is fast replacing conventional motion systems like Oil Hydraulic / VFD controlled Motors / Pneumatic etc. due to its highly intelligent features and total programmability. Motion control technology melds seamlessly into its overall automation system – along with machine control, HMI and safety technology – to create a complete system solution for machines and equipment. Motion control components are fully interoperable, so individual devices can be swapped out at any time to adapt to changes in the machine's configuration or requirements. To take advantage of Motion control system in any Process/ Machine, one must Know the configuration in-terms of both Functional and Operational aspects of Motion Technology. This Program provides an overview of Servo Motors technology, and usage of Motion Control in Industrial Machines and Applications. This program will cover major aspects of Servo Technology and general purpose Servos. Keeping this in view, IMTMA is organising an online training on Industrial Drive Technology For motion Control.
This Program will be conducted by Mr. Haribabu P & Mr. Anil Kumar Meti. Mr. Haribabu P has 10 years of Industrial Experience. He has worked in areas of Automation Projects, provided Technical Support for automation products. In his current role as Sr. Engineer, at Mitsubishi Electric, he is responsible for various engineering activities like Technical Support, Training Operations, Product Service Operations, Educational Activities like Industry-Academia connect program, FA lab set up at colleges, many other activities related to students skill development program. Mr. Anil Kumar Meti is presently working with IMTMA as Executive officer – Training, taking care of Industrial automation training. He comes with 8 yrs of professional experience and prior to IMTMA worked in industries such as RR Steels and Hunet technology. REGISTRATION : Prior registration with an online advance payment is must. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants. |
