Online Internship Training on Industry 4.0 Date : 8 to 19 March, 2021 Time : 1000 Hrs to 1230 Hrs Location / Mode : Online INTRODUCTIONIndustry 4.0 or smart manufacturing becomes a buzzword, commonly used in many industries and it’s an inevitable evolutionary step for “future compatibility” for any Manufacturing Facility in India and Abroad. Most of the Indian Industry is presently struggling to figure out how to get started into this “Digitalization” drive economically. They all have the common questions that where to start the Industry 4.0 journey and How to start. Industries need to identify and take small steps towards the implementation of Industry 4.0 in their work area to make the production must be more flexible. To extend the benefits of experience and competency in Industry 4.0; Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association (IMTMA) is organizing a 2 weeks online internship training programme on "Industry 4.0"
Mr. Avinash Khare, is presently working as a Consultant Head for IMTMA Pune Technology Centre for last 5 years ; he has been designing, developing content and delivering wide range of Training Courses as a Faculty. He is Electrical Engineer by Qualification and he has worked for over 33 years at Tata Motors Pune in various capacities ranging from R&D in Industrial Electronics, Machine Maintenance, Technology Procurement, Head of Machine Shops, Tool Room Shop Head, Head of Die Design and Champion in Business Excellence. He has taught Instrumentation and Bio Medical Instrumentation at Pune University as part time faculty. Mr. Maheswaran, Senior Executive Officer, IMTMAHe is having more than 12 years of experience in Technical Training and has acquired expertise in CNC manufacturing and Automation in the precision manufacturing of components as well as experience in conducting training programs. Prior to working at IMTMA, he has worked at NTTF Mr.Anil Kumar Meti, Executive Officer IMTMAHe is having more than 08 years of experience in Configuring Automation to various Process industries and SPMs. Prior to working at IMTMA, he has worked at Hunet, CS Aerotherm and RR Steels as Automation Engineer. Mr Sudhanshu Kantoor, General Manager, Product Management - Factory Automation at Pepperl+Fuchs India. He is passionately involved in the field of Industrial Automation for over two decades. An avid software programmer in control automation, he brings in hands-on and supervisory experience in projects involving PLCs, Drives, Remote I/O and SCADA based systems, machines/process plants throughout India and also overseas. Working across the control platforms and leading implementation of I4.0 solutions for P+F Factory Automation business in India. Mr. Patish Kumar Jain, DGM at Advance Mechanical Services Pvt Ltd and having 25+ years of experience in Controls & Automation. Also, Supporting Team from Zinois Edge, C4i4 and Leanworx. These sessions helped me gain a lot of knowledge which will be beneficial in the future. It was an amazing experience to be part of IMTMA. I would love to attend such kinds of sessions arranged by IMTMA in the future.
