Gear Metrology and Measurement Methods Date : 13 January, 2021 Time : 1400 Hrs to 1700 Hrs Location / Mode : Online INTRODUCTIONGears and Gear drives are one of the key components of all kinds of vehicles, machine tools, aircrafts, household appliances as well as a broad variety of industrial equipment. Today the designers are facing challenges of demands about increasing lifetime, efficient power transmission and noise emission, while the size and weight of gear drives is constantly reduced. Hence, the accuracy of gears is crucial for achieving the above functional demands.
This programme will be conducted by Mr. Vishwajit Kothari. Mr Vishwajit Kothari, is a Mechanical engineering professional with an accomplished exposure of over 30 years in Application Engineering of Machine Tools , Gear Cutting Machines, Gear manufacturing, Machining Centers and Vertical Turn-mill Centers. He has experience in Techno-commercial Sales and Marketing, New Part Development, Part Programming, Machine Tryouts, Design & Development of Tooling & Work Holding Fixtures on various machines. He was associated Premier ltd, a leading machine tool manufacturer of machine tools and he has handled assignments covering commissioning, job tryouts and training on Gear hobbing and gear shaping machines exported to Germany and Italy. He was deputed for in-plant training of CNC Gear Hobbing machines and CNC Gear shaping machines at Hermann Pfauter, Ludwigsburg in Germany and Pfauter Italia, Porretta Terme in Italy. REGISTRATION : Prior registration with an online advance payment is must. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants. |
