Total Productive Maintenance Date : 11 August, 2023 Location / Mode : Pune INTRODUCTIONTotal Productive Maintenance ( TPM) is an important tool inside Lean Management. TPM is oriented to improve the machine uptime, Machine cycle times and Quality. Overall Equipment Effectiveness ( OEE ) is an important indicator for any organization. TPM is an important tool to improve OEE. TPM methodology supports organizations to avoid breakdowns, quick changeovers, cycle time improvements etc. Eight pillars of TPM has laid down the systematic approach for achieving the improvements. Keeping this in view, Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association (IMTMA) is organizing an classroom training on “TPM – The foundation for Manufacturing Excellence”.
The training method is totally participative and interactive. Training through power point presentation slides, explanation, case studies etc. The training program would be focused on Actual case studies, success stories and live examples. Managers, Executives , Engineers, Supervisors working in areas like Maintenance, utilities, production, Quality Assurance, Tool Room, Application Engineering, Vendor Development, Manufacturing Engineering etc. Mr. Charudatta Atre is a Qualified Mechanical Engineer and industry expert with more than 30 years of experience the field of Quality, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma etc. Mr. Charudatta is qualified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. He has conducted several training programs, work shops in topics related to Lean Management, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma etc. Mr. Charudatta Atre is former Associate Vice President of Quality with Kalyani Maxion Wheels Pvt Ltd. He has also served in TUV SUD South Asia, Saint Gobain Sekurit Ltd. REGISTRATION : Prior registration for participation is necessary. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants. |
