Competence in work holding & fixturing differentiates excellent organizations Lack of knowledge in Surface plating and protection technology leads to high rework and rejection rates in-house & as well as from outside vendors. To grab global opportunities, better quality will be the key. Hence this training program is aimed at educating and upgrading the existing workforce on plating techniques, which is going to be the need of the hour. CNC machines have become the order of the day in every manufacturing industry. CNC machines are widely used in mass production units, batch production as well as in tool room industries. Thorough understanding of Programming and Operation of CNC machines is a must in order to realize the maximum output. Keeping this in view, IMTMA is organizing an offline / classroom training on “Essential Information for Manufacturing Professionals and CNC Programming”.
This programme will benefit Machine shop engineers, technicians as well as fresh engineers aspiring to learn VMC programming and operation. A Basic knowledge on machining operations is essential. This program will be conducted by Mr. Yuvaraj Patil. Mr. Yuvaraj Patil is a mechanical engineer having more than 16 years of experience in CNC Machine Shop & Tool Room. He has worked with various companies – ASB International, Videocon, Menon & Menon and PARI. Additionally, he has 9+ years of experience in training engineers in CNC Machining area with hands-on practice.
REGISTRATION : Prior registration for participation is necessary. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants. |
