Systematic Problem Solving using 7 QC tools and QI Story

Date : 9 to 10 April, 2024   Location / Mode : Gurugram

INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this course is to create awareness of problem 7 QC tools, Why-Why analysis and adopting structured method of problem solving. This course will definitely help participants to solve the current problems in a systematic way.

This course along with DOE course (Shanin Techniques) will make participants competent to solve even the complex problems. DOE (Shanin Techniques) is separately offered

If problems are analyzed in right and systematic manner, repeatability of problems can be avoided to a large extent. Keeping this in view, Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association (IMTMA) is organizing a 2 day interactive programme on Systematic Problem Solving using 7 QC tools and QI Strory.

The programme will focus on various elements of systematic problem solving proven well in automotive industries which can be applied in non- automotive industries as well. The Trainer shares his rich global experience in the domain and will be more interactive so that the delegates can get back with clarity on action plan which they can implement from the next day.

Group exercises and discussions carried out during the programme, will enable the delegates to relate and discuss the current challenges they are facing.
