The Automobile, Manufacturing, Construction, etc industries are going through a continuous change. The customer expectations are ever increasing and compliance norms are becoming more stringent. Manufacturing being at the core of this, what matters most is the effective production management using all available resources. 

 Managerial roles, in any organization, are pivotal roles and has been and will be the ever-exploring area as it is directly linked with managing people, who in turn, are doing the work. The understanding on focussed areas of managerial and leadership, the performance and development cycles, building a learning & winning organization, and vison to action governance and how to strategically execute them makes the managers and hence the organization an unique one which could be differential factor in the market. This also aligns the entire human energy in line with vision, fuels the different & better performance for achieving intended results
