• Hands on training using one of the popular cad tool
• Introduction and conceptualisation to BIW, Assembly, Welding and Inspection fixtures
• Case studies on all types of fixtures will be reviewed for better understanding

Comprehensive design knowledge fixture design
Knowledge on design of simple fixture to complex fixture
Knowledge on CNC Machine tools
Hands on experience in fixture design
Knowledge in systematic approach on fixture design
Conceptualisation towards BIW, Assembly, Welding and Inspection fixtures

This programme will be conducted by-

Mr. S K Gupta, Former Asst. General Manager, Machine Design & Business Development, Tata Motors Machine tools division, Pune. He has over 3 decades of experience in the field of Machine Tools and Fixturing.

Mr. Avinash Khare is Former Asst. General Manager at Tata Motors, Pune. With more than 33 years of experience in various functions involving Technology Development, Maintenance, Capex and resource management, Die Design and Business Excellence. Now he is working with IMTMA as a Consultant & Head of Technology Centre on Metal-forming at Pune.

REGISTRATION :

Prior registration for participation is necessary. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants.
