INTRODUCTIONToday, cost reduction is the No. 1 priority for any company. SPC or statistical process control is a game changing tool for cost reduction. Applying SPC on a company’s processes provides significant insight into the process. For doing so one needs to learn SPC techniques and apply them. Data generation and analysis is key to delivering a lean manufacturing setup, thereby optimizing costs and maximizing profits to your organization. Keeping this in view, IMTMA is organizing an training programme on Implementing SPC, a Game Changer for Cost Reduction.
This programme will make engineers understand and appreciate benefits of SPC. Many times, even experienced engineers have difficulties in understanding and implementing SPC techniques. It will benefit Quality managers, engineers, and technicians, project engineers, manufacturing engineers, technical specialists and anyone with responsibility for product or process control who want to apply SPC in the workplace should attend this programme. Note : Participants are requested to use Excel Worksheet and download SPC Workbench demo version. Link for download will be provided post registration. This programme will be conducted by Mr. Charudatta Atre. Mr. Charudatta Atre is a Qualified Mechanical Engineer and industry expert with more than 30 years of experience the field of Quality, LeanManagement, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma etc. Mr. Charudatta is qualified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. He has conducted severaltraining programs, work shops in topics related to Lean Management, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma etc. Mr. Charudatta Atre is former AssociateVice President of Quality with Kalyani Maxion Wheels Pvt Ltd. He has also served in TUV SUD South Asia, Saint Gobain Sekurit Ltd. REGISTRATION : Prior registration for participation is necessary. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants. |
