INTRODUCTIONThe purpose of this course is to create awareness of importance and application of MSA. This course will help to prevent measurement errors. The course additionally also helps to understand the necessary and the unnecessary use of MSA in shop floor so as to get maximum benefits out of this technique Type 1 and Type 2 errors of measurement system can lead to huge consumer and producer risk despite a good manufacturing process . Keeping this in view, Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association (IMTMA) is organizing a 2 day interactive programme on Measurement System Analysis ‘ MSA’. The programme will focus on various elements of MSA proven well in automotive industries which can be applied in non- automotive industries as well. The Trainer shares his rich global experience in the domain and will be more interactive so that the delegates can get back with clarity on action plan which they can implement from the next day. Group exercises and discussions carried out during the programme, will enable the delegates to relate and discuss the current challenges they are facing.

Mr. Charudatta Atre is a Qualified Mechanical Engineer and industry expert with more than 30 years of experience the field of Quality, LeanManagement, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma etc. Mr. Charudatta is qualified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. He has conducted severaltraining programs, work shops in topics related to Lean Management, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma etc. Mr. Charudatta Atre is former AssociateVice President of Quality with Kalyani Maxion Wheels Pvt Ltd. He has also served in TUV SUD South Asia, Saint Gobain Sekurit Ltd. REGISTRATION : Prior registration for participation is necessary. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants. |
