There are many Advanced Technology Metrology Solutions which have become available to Industry in recent years covering: Non-Contact Optical Metrology, Portable at site Metrology Devices for Large size Jobs, Digitization based Metrology, In Process Metrology and Laser Based Metrology.
Although these technologies exist for niche application segments for some time; but these are never taught comprehensively and systematically for their relative features.
Keeping this in view, Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association (IMTMA) is organising a three hour online training on “Advanced Technologies in Metrology” on 12th June from 1400 - 1700 Hrs.
