Visual Factory for Lean Implementation Date : 14 October, 2022 Time : 1310 Hrs to 1730 Hrs Location / Mode : Online INTRODUCTIONVisual factory is an important tool in the journey of implementation of Lean Management in the organization. The improvements made in Lean Management needs to be made visually apparent in the important locations in the organization. Visual factory provides the platform the make all the improvements made in the improvement journey visible. Implementing visual factory provides necessary information to the customers, auditors , visitors etc. visually.
This course is ideal for those who are responsible for Lean Implementation in the organization. Participants from Manufacturing, Production, operations management, quality control, and engineering including department managers, supervisors, quality representatives, engineers and administrative staff who have a focus on business improvement, performance and profitability. This programme will be conducted by Charudatta Atre Charudatta Atre is a Qualified Mechanical Engineer and industry expert with more than 30 years of experience the field of Quality, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma etc. Mr. Charudatta is qualified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. He has conducted several training programs, work shops in topics related to Lean Management, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma etc. Mr. Charudatta Atre is former Associate Vice President of Quality with Kalyani Maxion Wheels Pvt Ltd. He has also served in TUV SUD South Asia, Saint Gobain Sekurit Ltd. REGISTRATION : Prior registration with an online advance payment is must.
