INTRODUCTIONEnvironment, Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS) is an integrated management approach aimed at protecting the environment, safeguarding employee health, and ensuring safe workplace operations. EOHS helps organizations identify risks, comply with legal requirements, prevent incidents, and promote sustainable practices. A strong EOHS framework improves operational efficiency, reduces costs associated with accidents and pollution, and reinforces the organization’s commitment to responsible and ethical business practices.

This programme will be conducted by Mr. Krishnappa T R, Mr. Krishnappa T. R., a BE (Electronics and Communication) graduate, brings over 35 years of experience in the defense industry, having served at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) from 1990 until his retirement in June 2024 as Senior Deputy General Manager. He has contributed significantly to the design, development, testing, and commissioning of Radars and Weapon Systems for the Indian Army and Air Force, and has led the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AS 9100 Rev D systems. He served as a Chairman of the SHE (safety Health and Environment) Committee in the organisation. A certified Lead and Internal Auditor for multiple ISO standards, he now works as a freelance trainer, auditor, and consultant. His achievements include serving on the Karnataka Skill Development Board (2020–2022), receiving the Communicator of the Year Award (2022) and World Class Manager Award (2018), and presenting papers at prestigious national and international symposiums. REGISTRATION : Prior registration for participation is necessary. Number of participants is limited and will be accepted on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants. |
